With mats already at 3gil per piece on several high-pop(bot saturated) servers and "unlimited land plots for sale?" and "designated prices for all plots of land available for auction are set to be reduced every six hours", rich players can't buy up land and hoard them for higher prices, will demand for gil dip or rise?
