So this question may have already been answered in a previous post that I haven't encountered yet but I recently started running the mining/gathering minion bot and all it has been picking up is muddy water as opposed to the copper ore. How do you alter it so that it picks up ore or shards instead of the muddy water?

use the gather manager select the mining marker for the level range and put the items in priority you want to gather.
