Hi, I don't have any options for my item priory. Typing them in manually does nothing either.
Same here, nontheless typing it in manually does the trick for me
You have to type in the names of the items you want gathered, its case sensitive. It also works, if it doesnt for you, check your setup or post it here.

I was experiencing this as well. Typing it in did not change anything. I made sure it was spelled correctly and that it was title cap.
1. select the marker you want to set the item priority for
2. type in 1 or 2 items names as the appear in the games gather window
