I havent done CM for a long time. Why would this be farmed?

Farm Thome stones?

are they farming the entire thing or just a certain room or what not?

is cm the best or should I be focusing on another dungeon to map?

Do they farm the gil from the mobs as well as the tomes? Considering the fact that I haven't found any mobs outside of dungeons that drop Gil str8 up.
