I am brand new to the message boards and trying to download a file but it isn't letting me. The message I am getting is;

I am not banned and my account is activated I am not sure what the problem is.

if this is about the file you sent a PM to me about just use my dropboxlink thats in the forum post. If the Attachment isnt working
