how about you change the 2nd bar in game to Alt for all characters? you can rebind any key to any thing in game. Why change the bot for everyone when select few need the change. When you can easily change the keybinds in game so they dont interfere with the bot.
I did that. Have you ever tried to ALT+7 before? My fingers cramp just thinking about it. :P
who the heck does alt 7. keybinds for gamers 101. 1-5 main attacks alt 1-5 attacks used frequently, R F V skills for things like cooldowns C and Z as well. why would you ever want to stretch that far to use anything past 5. then you can do alt 6+ for things soley used for out of combat. dont forget you can do Shift as well. I havent used CTRL in a keybind other then my pust to talk for vent.
I've been asking to have the bot's built in shortcuts removed for months, so I wouldn't hold your breath on it.
it would be cool but really just change your in game keybinds its so much easier.
Not to be argumentative... but come on... ALT and CTRL are your MAIN KEYS IN THE GAME.
It's traditional to set up a main bar, a ctrl bar, and an alt bar... on virtually EVERY SINGLE MMO since time immemorial.
I understand that YOU may not use them, jackie, but that's pretty basic MMO controls.
And I find simply disabling all shortcuts in the boy, whose functions we don't need to shortcut that often, is definitely "much easier" than having to rearrange your skill bars.
Not to mention we've completely ignored the fact that there's some kind of bug in the bot right now where if you use a shortcut in game, it'll get CTRL stuck and next time you go to press buttons, it'll act as if you're holding CTRL down.
Can't tell you how many times recently where I press something like ALT+E to look at my character, then go to type and press L and it reloads the entire bot.
So, to sum up, humbly requesting
1) Allow us to disable bot shortcuts entirely.
2) Fix the bug that sticks CTRL.

actually every gamer i have ever raided with has used ctrl as their push to talk gear in VOIP either ventril teamspeak what ever have you.
the reason it thinks your holding ctrl down is because of your keyboard software.
and they wont change the short cuts there is no need to just stop using ctrl in game. Its a bot it does 99% ofhte combat stuff for you anyways. no need to use ctrl in game.
I would have to agree with Devante. I use control and wont be changing that. I appreciate not everyone is the same and also understand there may not be a need to change this to cater for a few. But if it is simple enough could we please get an option added to have a checkbox that disables bot shotcuts?
Surely this would be a happy medium?
control cramps my fingers if I use it. The first thing I do when I play any MMO is change the ctrl keybinds to shift and remap 6-0 to keys that are near WASD (usually QERFG), so I have alt, shift, and nomod keys. Way more responsive than trying to contort my pinkie to press ctrl+anything during combat.

i think its something hardcoded in the C++ side of it. Its not gonna get changed. this is about the 20th time this topic has crept up and nothing was ever done about it before. So dont hold your breath. Closing topic its been asked and answered.
