because Scathe doesnt seem to be in A-KBLM at all.
if you open the file and search for scathe it wont find it.

edit: i already noticed this on Angelol's profile. if you have to move during the 3.0 rotation the profile often gets stuck on casting Thunder-Blizzard III-Thunder-BlizzardIII and so on.
at first i thought this will stop after Enochian and SharpCast are off CD again, but then it casts Enochian + SharpCast fires a Fire or Fire III and continues on the Thunder stuck

noticed that it also happens if you start with Ley Lines + Enochian + SharpCast off CD IF Raging Strikes is on CD.
so seems like this thunder cast stuck happens always if Raging Strikes is on CD when you start the 3.0 rotation.

temporary fix for me:
i disabled Raging Strikes in Step 67 and 75 in the skill profile (2.0 rota and aoe rota), so i can switch safely between rota's without having to worry to not be able to use 3.0 rotation because of not being able to cast raging strikes.

basically:
we need something that will make the 3.0 rotation work even if Raging Strikes is on cooldown.
so for example:
our character has Enochian up -> do the Fire / Fire III / Fire IV casts, change to Blizzard III -> Blizzard IV to refresh Enochian like it already does (if you are able to stand still untill the full rotation is completed)


at the moment:
no Raging Strikes available -> 3.0 rotation stucks on Thunder / Blizzard cast.
moving during 3.0 rotation -> lucky it works / unlucky see above
