RE: Ignoring navigation path - Cichard - 01-02-2015 Yeah you ahouldnt really mess with pulse time RE: Ignoring navigation path - Ace - 01-04-2015 Even 50 is somewhat dangerous and I've seen the same thing happen with a pulse time of 50. I wouldn't go lower than 150 unless you have a very good reason. RE: Ignoring navigation path - Illua - 01-05-2015 What is the 'pulse time' exactly? I also wanted to farm fleece and stuff and it's aöways running against walls or ignoring navmeshes to run straight for the mob. Which is quite annoying since I already meshed it otherwise so ignores one mob on some cliff.. however I'd really like to know what this pulse time does RE: Ignoring navigation path - Cichard - 01-05-2015 lower the pulse time the faster the bot thinks. its in ms but the lower you make it the more mistakes the bot can make because its going through checks to fast. You really shouldnt mess with pulse time. RE: Ignoring navigation path - Illua - 01-05-2015 Does it most likely depends on performance or ping? The default is set to 150ms in my case, I kind of am curious about the difference in case I mess around with it a little RE: Ignoring navigation path - Cichard - 01-05-2015 as ace said YOU SHOULD NOT GO LOWER then 150 unless you have a very specific reason to do so. Messing with Pulse time can cause alot of havock. |
