then the key is wrong. make sure if you are copy and pasting it that there is no space in the front or the end of the key. It also could be the pass is wrong.

I hope u understand that my friend and I also has double checked on the whitespace before posting.
Anyway is resolved, i sent him a copy of mine and it seen to working at the moment.

and i hope you understand that ive heard that from at least 50 people that i have helped in teamviewer and every single time its been typed in wrong... but i am glad its working.
