Heres a snapshot .net 4.5.2 is further up.
there are older versions there too, could they cause me problems? if so ill remove them.
ill get another key tomorrow as its late here and i have a 5am start.

From the snapshot I posted I have c++ redistributable and runtime they are the files from the links in the tutorials, question is if I'm getting a runtime error then it's not the distributable rightcan I also have too many ie (86) and (64) conflicting. I'm just trying to break it down.
