Those 2 meshes you posted about above should be updated now. Check minionapp to get them.

Wow, Thank You so much. I'm really glad to be a subscriber of FFXIV Minion. Never seen a fixed in a few hours
BTW I had to delete all the Central Shroud ((.obj,.nx2,.data) for it to work. Then it update with the new one. Just a tips if people still have problem with it.
