There is a gotcha with the new crafting in 64bit. All the min/max percents got flipped, so you can't just copy your old 32bit crafting profiles over to 64bit without "fixing" them first.
I wrote a quick and dirty little program to convert all your crafting profiles at once. You can find it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0cijp7djcv2z8nf/CraftingSkillProfileFixer.exe?dl=0
Edit: To clarify, these are Skill Profiles, not actual crafting profiles.
