you dont have to save any gear at 50 you can just earn darklight gear for your bots doing teh WP_boss script

gear is free, 20 minutes to get 2k worth of phys tomes to buy DL gear, and save up myth tomes for full myth gear. After next update there will be no weekly cap on myth tomes so you can essentially get a full set of myth gear in a couple hours at worst.

Okay, thanks for your anwsers. I have now 4 accs and currently leveling them, all 4 archers. jackie wrote earlier that i need 1 archer and 3 black mage. But i'm not sure how to create this blackmage. I read on wiki that i need 15 archer and 30 thaumaturge. What does it mean? I need to create one archer, level him to lvl 30 and join to thaumaturge guild? Can somebody explain me that? Thank you.

when you create a character you make 1 an archer 3 thaumaturges...... wow. If you made 4 archers take 3 of them after they do the lvl 10 archer quest and talk to the thaumaturge trainer and learn to be a thaumaturge. its not rocket science. You want 1 archer 3 thaumaturges and then at lvl 30 you unlock Bard and BLM. Bard=30 archer+ 15 Pugalist, Blackmage = thaumaturge30+15 Archer. You have to do the class quests from 1-30 to unlock each job.
