I had a full team of black mages. Different names, in 2 low level zones (that could've been the reason. )

I just create a FC for my team, and I wanted to buy a "house" . I'm not interested in paying much so for a small lot, can I run duties from a cottage? rather than buying a medium lot for a house?
I couldn't find the answer to this on gugle

You can run duties from an inn, from a cottage, from a house or from a mansion. its all the same.. Just Close it to the public so non fc members can't enter inside.
