can i have 2 or more of the same skill in the profile? i tried this with complete skill profile and what the toon does is to use the same skill with multiple entry over and over again skipping the other skill in the cycle

Yes you can provided they are different conditions. Skills don't executes in sequences, it's a priority based. If you set up your skill wrong, it might cause it to fire again and again because it always fits one of your condition

So setting conditions in the skill gives it the priority? Ok will try it again later. Maybe i missed some conditions in the other skills

I explained this just a couple posts up

it works like a priority. so you want to set it in such a way. Say for example you want to use heavy thrust then the 2 following skills in the combot it would be set up like this

Skill 3 in the combo set with previous skill ID for skill 2
skill 2 in the combo set with previous skill id for skill 1
skill 1 in the combo

or you can use the already made skill profiles for every class in the skill mananger section.

Yep , I followed that template for the condition. Currently i'm using marauder profile and it's working fine , I just want to learn how to create my own and not to be too lazy to depend on the pre-made configs :D

Necro, I know.

I wanted to add Protect, id 123 that gives buff 146 to the arcanist profile and can't seem to get it to work. I set skill target and player target to player, cast to out of combat, entered the id for the spell, ticked that it gives a buff, also added missing buffs 146 in the player buffs section.

Is there a better way just to get a skill profile to keep protect up?

just look at the schoalr profile that comes with the bot it does this already.
