How do you guys go about doing them on your alts? Party grind, duty files, manual control, etc... These things are a pain in my ass

Manual them. Cannot see why you couldn't build duty profiles for them though. I may build some profiles later and see what can be done.

Yeah, I do them manually with PT-Grind or Assist and Teleport up with my Leader to exploit them.

how to make reward get in duty profiles when finished ?

add a timer to deal with the CS at the end of duty, then add an interact with the NPC to get the reward.
Cannot remember if there is a confirm dialog or not.
