Does anyone know of any way to we can decrease the time it takes between dungeon instances?

Do you mean the time it takes for minion to select the duty or once selected to enter it?

well he says reserve times and load times. so i would assume the reserving instance times and then the black screen loading times. load times can be inproved with better internet and SSD reserving instance would be trying a different data center.

I have a SSD and I'm SUPPOSED to have 50mbps internet speed (Time Warner) so, I guess all I can do is keep the appointment i made for saturday for them to give me the bandwidth i'm paying for.

If it's reserving an instance, there's nothing you can do about it. It's pretty much a queue. Only SE could fix that by adding more dungeon slots in their data centers.
