Hey,
I currently own a 1 month key for FFXIVMinion but i want to extend it for 180 days but i do not see an option to do this..if i buy another key will it generate a new one? and if so will time be taken away from that key upon purchase instead of of first use?

there is not currently a way to extend keys. Just buy a new key. We all have to do it as it currently stands.

key start to count down when you activate them, not when you buy them. So you won't lose any time if you buy a new one before the old one ran out.

further more you can buy a 90day key so that you dont have to buy a 30day over and over. But the 90day will always net you a discounted price over the 30day key. And like hans said the time will not start at purchase but rather when you add the key to your User CP.
