I figure the thing called Paranoid implemented recently is " it will not teleport unless there's nobody around, to not be caught by GM's and white knights" , correct ?
at least this is what it do to me , and i <3 a lot.

I've been too "paranoid" to duty mode, lol. I need mats for luci on wvr too ><

Yeah, it won't teleport when a Player is CURRENTLY in 30y range around you.
