1) when u hit the letter C when ingame the bot console will show
2) when u hit L when in game the bot disapers and then comes back but its swiched off(Bot enabled no sleteded)

sounds like your control button is pressed.
Cntrl + C is console.
Cntrl + L is reload.
As for being off in the settings there is an option to autostart bot.

i did not hold ctrl tho

Happens to me too, however, it is temporary and after a few seconds it goes back to normal even though I do not push ctrl button.

Happens due to certain keyboard softwares that changes the way the control key behaves internally from a press/unpress to more of a toggle state.
