RE: Client closed after 5 minutes - jetlith - 07-12-2015 Fxfire, my assumption is a lot of these are caused by minion not being able to contact your auth servers. Is it possible to increase the timeouts or retries before it closes? RE: Client closed after 5 minutes - Cichard - 07-12-2015 thats the whole point, of the auth server and its time window to prevent people from using same key twice. if people have proxy or vpn they need it to be set up in a way its a static IP, chaning IP will kick the bots off. Thinking you are logging in from a new location. RE: Client closed after 5 minutes - jetlith - 07-12-2015 gotcha, hmm, wonder if there's another way to check that. I don't have a vpn or anything like that, and my IP changes like once/month. I have 100mb bandwidth cable modem but still get those closeouts a few times/day. I'm not running teamspeak or any 3rd party AV or network speed enhancers etc. My only guess is it must be some sort of network lag. I've just been sort of dealing with it. Usually it's no big deal but when it happens in a dungeon in a boss fight then it can be frustrating :) RE: Client closed after 5 minutes - Cichard - 07-12-2015 if you get 90k error in game the bot just instantly closes it out, you wont get to see the network error |
