I purchased Sebbs for casters pack 1-50.. when my character reaches around 15-19 it doesnt do any quests just doing Fates in Western Thamaland... And do I have to do Sastasha manually? hope you can answer

Yes read the notes from the addon you have to run the dungeon on your own, unless you buy dungeons with 4 accounts which can do bit dungeons
