Tried reinstalling, copying from another computer (where its working properly).

check the console for errors

its likely the ffxiv file

Ok, this fixed most of the stuff, only thing missing is the questing module (the only thing I wanted)

edit: getting this error when I try to run the Hunting Log module;
failed with
[string "C:\MINIONAPP\Bots\FFXIVMinion\LuaMods\/ffxivminion/ffxiv_common_cne.lua"]:2326: attempt to call global 'InInstance' (a nil value)

Ok,

Reinstalling for the 5th time seems to have done the charm.
