Is there a place that gives examples of how to get started with how to code with something like this:

I've coded in a lot of languages, and this looks like .Net. Just wondering if there was a Wiki for learning as least the core of it.

I see it's Lua. I wish there were more docs on how to call some of the functions and such. And how to insert code/addons.
