I can't find any mentions in bot's settings.
Or if bot always runs in x64? How can I check which mode bot uses at the moment?

If you go to bot settings in MMOMinion settings, there is an edit button next to 'Start'. In the Edit screen you can select FFXIV 64 bit, but you also have to select ffxiv dx11 at the very bottom.
