Unable to connect to authentication server - Vin - 06-04-2017
Hello, this problem has been happening for a while now...around a month or 2 ago everything was fine.
Be it a single account or multiple accounts it happens randomly, sometimes It would take me up to over 30 minutes to be able to connect 3-4 accounts and the message I get is "Unable to connect to authentication server, check your internet connection" (Screen shot of the message attached)
I use a fiber optic connection "attached you can find a speed test screen shot"
along with the increased "random disconnection"...someone else was having this issue and it was solved, I stated in that post that I am having the same problem and sebbs mentioned to open a ticket..
I opened a ticket for 3 days now and no response, hope to find assistance.
