Can't install them, because there is no " install button"
i'm new to the bot so if someone can help me out here.

thats correct.
You cant install them if you cant see any install button.
You cant see an install button because its not available to you or you havnt purchased it.
You cant purchase it if its not for sale or a newer pack is available.
