Make sure to buy a ton of bait if you plan on fishing for long periods. Have them in your inventory before you start. You can go nonstop from 25-50 if you have enough bait. You don't need to buy many lures. I recommend buying all the bait you need before you start so there is less running around later.
Where to buy bait:
Lugworm - Fieldcraft Supplier at Hawker's Alley in Limsa Lominsa.
Pill Bug - Fieldcraft Supplier at Hawker's Alley in Limsa Lominsa.
Goby Ball - Merchant & Mender at Red Rooster Stead or Moraby Drydocks in Lower La Noscea.
Crayfish Ball - Fieldcraft Supplier at Hawker's Alley in Limsa Lominsa.
Crow Fly - Junkmonger in Upper La Noscea (Left Side).
Crab Ball - Merchant & Mender at Camp Skull Valley in Western La Noscea.
Spoon Worm - Merchant & Mender in Costa Del Sol.
Herring Ball - Merchant & Mender in Costa Del Sol.
Glowworm - Merchant & Mender at Saint Coinach's Find in Mor Dhona or Whitebrim Front in Coerthas.
Hoverworm - Merchant & Mender at Whitebrim Front in Coerthas.
Note: 1 - 5 is attached to the aethernet shard at Fisherman's Bottom in Limsa Lominsa. 5-10 is attached to the aethernet shard at The Bismark in Limsa Lominsa
(*) means the mesh is attached to an aetheryte. Just teleport, select mesh and start.
(X) means you have to run to the location.
(*)1-5: Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (Fisherman's Bottom) - Bait: Lugworm
(*)5-10: Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (East of Bismark) - Bait: Pill Bug
(*)10-15: Western La Noscea (Swiftperch) - Bait: Goby Ball
(*)15-20: North Shroud (Fallgourd Float) - Bait: Crayfish Ball
(X)20-25: Upper La Noscea (Fool Falls) - Bait: Crow Fly
(*)25-30: Eastern La Noscea (Costa Del Sol) - Bait: Crab Ball
(*)30-35: Eastern La Noscea (South Bloodshore) - Bait: Spoon Worm
(*)35-45: Eastern La Noscea (North Bloodshore) - Bait: Herring Ball
(*)45-50: Eastern La Noscea (Hidden Falls) - Bait: Glowworm (Slower)
(*)45-50: Mor Dhona (West of Saint Coinach's Find) - Bait: Glowworm (Stealth Needed)

FYI, on 45-50 profile you have Mithril Lure set to be used on all the markers but only will work on 1 marker I believe. It's the wrong kind of bait to be using since the rest of the markers are in the ocean.

Your 25-30 lists Costa Del Sol with Iron Jig, but the Iron Jig is a lvl 32 bait.
