well lets get some information from you screen shot of settings are you running any addons, and what do you mean by not work?

Not work as in, it goes to the crafting screen, but it doesn't press anything(as in, it doesn't press Careful Synthesis, or anything).

Are you using a profile you made with that class ?
Skills of the same name have different skill ID's so if you made your profile as a Leatherworker and the first skill is Inner Quiet this profile won't work for any other class because their Inner Quiet has a different skill ID.

I'm using cross-classed Careful Synthesis. It was working just fine before the patch..

I ran into the same issue. And after quick troubleshooting... I figured out that it is EnhancedAssist that is Causing this Error. Im not sure yet how to fix this because I have not looked into the code yet to pinpoint the issue. But if one of you Dev's can diagnose this issue super fast and come up with a fix, other than having to remove the enhacedassist folder out of the lua mods folder everytime i need to craft.
