Same problem here, the bot loads, but gives a logon screen. Cannot put in Keycode and password.
Probably needs an update after the patch?

After the latest FFXIVMinion update I'm experiencing a game client crash every time I press 'start' on the crafting function of the bot. I've tested this three times with the same crash experienced each time. However, other aspects of the bot work fine - I can gather for example, without a crash.
