does this bot work for ff14 on steam? And is there a chance to remove the game out of steam account into normal account? (Email acc) thanks

I don't know for sure. But I will have to say yes it would work. Steam FFXIV is the same game and build as if you went to the store and bought it. I don't think you have to lunch the game with steam anyway. Even if you do you can still use the bot. Steam just installs the game and makes it easy for people to find all their games in one spot. It is just lunching shortcuts of the game. I did not buy FFXIV on steam but my FFXIV is connected to my steam account.
