hey folks i like to share my BLM raiding profile that i use
Requirement Assist Enhance
AoE and single target Rotation with toggle filter 1
manawall/ward toggle filter 2
Single target rotation
thunder 2
Fire 3
fire till low mana
Blizzard 3
scathe filler
Aoe rotation
Fire 3
Fire 2
Swift-flare
transpose
Cross-class skill Requirement
Raging strikes
Fire 3 and thunder 3 instant cast when it pop
dont forget to keybind filter 1/2 so you can switch rotation on the fly

mine is set to Alt-mouse3

Rather get those from jackie, others could be outdated and yes, it should work for low THM as well, it checks which spells are available and uses them:
