GUI Launcher Update Deletes Account info - ultrasonoro - 07-02-2014
So I run GUI launcher, and it says there is an update, downloads some files, and starts.
My character info is gone. It's not a huge deal to re-enter the info for each of my characters, it's just a hassle. I checked my Launcher Settings text file and it is now in Chinese (Japanese?). That's new.
Anyway, the whole losing my character settings has happened several times over the last 30 days. Is this normal or is it just my configuration?

It just deleted all my info in the GUI launcher too.

Anytime we add stuff to the launcher it will overwrite the .bin file deleting your settings, there is no way around it. The update fixes the network error unable to relog issue, and a few other bugs.

Yeah its a pain. Had to fill out all 8 accs again all the time lol.

Well this update should fix the fact that the settings get deleted randomly at times when you have a lot of accounts.
