Added Dream Within a Dream.
Reordered Ninjutsu to give combos priority when entering a fight.
Tweaked Ninjutsu triggers.
Fixed Duality usage. (For real this time.)

Summoner will be a while. I am not a big fan of caster classes.
I am working on Warrior right now.
I may add other jobs when I take a break from leveling.

Added main tank boss combo rotation.
Added off tank trash and boss combo rotation.
Tweaked use of overpower.
Added ability to disable defensive buffs to filter 3.
