yes this error has been talked about in support several times, let me dig around a second and get you the links. I think it was solved.

thanks for the prompt support, do you mind if I ask you how do I add a skill to an already loaded skill profile I need to add protect to a certain profile... sorry but I'm a new customer :$

not sure what could be causing the issue. try going back through and installing all the different files required for the bot to run correctly. do a fresh install and run as admin.
