New user here, just loaded everything up for the first time, purchased 1 month key, and FF14 quest pack 1-60. Loaded up and selected Quest mode, but it only shows the default Level 1-15. My toon is level 21, and it just says now complete. How do I load and confirm that the quest pack purchased will get enabled and used? Thank you in advance.
Edit 1: So, I went to the "Store" tab, then "buy addons", then saw a filter for "uninstalled". My addon was there, clicked it, clicked the install button. Restarted everything, and the quest pack still doesn't show up in the quest profile. Any help is appreciated. Please let me know if I need to provide any info.
Edit 2: Quit and reloaded everything, then noticed the message in the top left of game saying to go to store and install the free sebbs library. Just did that and reloaded. I now see the quest packs. So I think I'm set. I know how hard it is to develop this stuff and that there are a ton of moving pieces. As a new user, it was a bit confusing for me. Would it be possible for these addon packs and dependencies to be packaged together and automatically loaded/updated upon purchase confirmation? It would also be sweet if the order history allowed a click through to it's addon detail page where we can see the install button.
Edit 3: My toon would stand in front of mobs and not attack, in an endless cycle (from the log) of adding mob to kill list, but not actually attacking. I did not really understand what skill profile was. My class was thaumaturge. I did not see this on the list. I read somewhere that thaums turn into mages (shadow? black?), so after clicking around and randomly selecting and trying different selections, I ended up on Blackmage_SHB. As soon as I selected this, my Thaum started casting. Perhaps this is more apparent to veteran players or users of this app, but as a new player and first time user of this app, it was not apparent to me. Anyways, I eventually figured it out.
