For helping me to detect the Problem of the hiccups you're talking about do the following:

Create a Chat-Log-Window
ChatLog Settings => Battle => My Actions used

Only enable your Actions used in this battle-log and run your bot.
Observe your Actions used and as soon as you experience a hiccup make a screenshot and upload it for me.
(Or Copy+Paste the battle-chat log)

On this way I might be able to see what's causing hiccups for you.

Ok so I went ahead and made the log after all despite what I sent you in the pm just so you'd have it. I was in combat with 3 training dummies at my house and it would stop using skills for a short frame and then would resume with a mudra and go back to working right. Here's the log and time stamp to assist in time span.

[5:12 p.m.]You use Trick Attack.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Internal Release.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Shadow Fang.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Spinning Edge.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Gust Slash.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Dancing Edge.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Mug.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Dream Within a Dream.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Spinning Edge.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Gust Slash.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Jugulate.
[5:12 p.m.]You use Aeolian Edge.

Already fixed in my current version. Not sure if I'm going to upload it :P

I mean that is totally up to you but all and all I'm just happy you were able to find the hiccup and fix it regardless of if you upload or not.

It is up to you, we appreciate your work regardless if you upload the new version or not.

I will definetly upload it, but didn't want to do it because i "freshly" fixed it.

Well - it's not a mistake, it's just a personal thing.
I don't see a reason in refreshing Huton out of combat if Buff Dura is <= 7.
Feel free to modify it if you think you have the need to =)

Could have done more but it seems that it stooped for few and went auto attack then resumed [attachment=3481]

In the version I'm currently using I don't had any hiccups yet. (not @aoe / not @single target)

You might do more DPS with my current profile.
