Yes :)

* Are you running the bot as admin?
Tried Both as/not as admin.

* Are you using the attach button or having minionapp launch the client?
I am using the attach button

*Are you running any Bot addons?

Having a few issues with the FFXIV bot(On windows7):

When attaching it's closing my game with: "ERROR: Injection failed"

I have followed the Wiki guide(http://wiki.mmominion.com/doku.php?id=installation)

I have the latest windows updates, i have checked for (KB4093118, KB4056894 AND KB4074598) and couldn't see them present at the time.

I have removed all programs like EVGA Precision and the likes.

I have fully uninstalled all my anti virus, not just disabled.

Made exceptions on Windows Firewall as well as trying to disable it.

My windows account is an Administrator account.

Minion App is installed to the correct place (Not on the desktop, etc)

Pretty sure I'm overlooking something simple here, would anyone be able to perhaps teamviewer me or provide some further assistance just incase?

I am having the same problem. My situation is identical, but I don't use Teamviewer. 
I've used the bot before and it worked fine, but its been awhile (~1 year).

Has there been any development on a solution for this?

I was afraid you would say that. I've made it this long without upgrading... Maybe it's time.

just a shot in the dark but is ffxiv set to dx 9 or 11...it should be 11.

Also having this issue. The bot worked flawlessly yesterday, today I got up, updated, and now it's crashing. Identical setup to the OP, only no Teamspeak/Teamviewer, just Discord.

Also having this issue. Bot worked fine before the last launcher update.

I'm also having this issue with the latest update, also Win7.
It has been working perfectly up until this last update... can't you guys rollback it?, there are some people that doesn't want to update to win10 :7.. I really don't want to do so.
