After doing a bunch of TeamViewer sessions to find out what is the problems with the launcher, here are some of the major causes of issues.

1. DirectX runtime was not installed
   
2. Old dll's in the main bot folder from previous GuiLauncher (WHY DONT U READ!?!?!)
   
3. Windows XP issue with paths, you need to run bot directly in gw2.exe folder as a workaround
   
4. Start GW2 once manually and set it to "Windowed Mode" NOT fullscreen! (we are looking into the crashing reasons here..)
   
5. Make sure you have the latest updates of your Windows installed.
