Pushed up a fix for the skill list display, it'll be updated whenever one of the mods deploys it.

i dont know where to post this but just tried to do some party grind in a dungeon everyone followed and assisted my "main" bar the actual account that got given leader status .. even after i unticked leader and put the alts name in to be the new "main"

it seems the skill manager is checking the profiles in reverse, wtf Ace lol
my sch profile goes into cleric and seems to start from the bottom and doesn't DoT anymore and starts with ruin instead of ruin 2 which is above it, so i can conclude that it seems it's checking skills from the bottom up

Try and test your theory.
Make a profile with 2 skills no conditions.
see which one casts...
then reverse the order.

good call seems that's not the issue, if only it were that simple :(
i made a adlo / physic profile and sure enough adlo was casting first.

Looks like probably an issue with the lastcast tracking. Will post an update shortly..
