Skill Casting - Powder - 03-04-2016

Greetings Minions

As you may or may not have noticed there have been some issues with the skill casting in the past day. Those issues should be resolved now, however we have added a valid target check into the isready field which the skill-manager uses heavily. This change will absolutely require profiles to use the correct target for the skill. There may be some default profiles that do not have a target set for a self buff, this will cause that buff to never be cast so please double check any skill that is not working and make sure the target is set correctly.

We thank you for your patience involving this matter and will be extending key-codes by 24hrs for any hardship experienced.

Edit (3/4/16): The queueing options are removed from SkillManager because the system has been updated to no longer specifically require this to be explicit. The pulse timings are now automatically manipulated to match the GCD.

The opener in the profile I use (which worked perfectly pre patch) is a hawks eye thats a chain start. Target is Player as depicted in image. Profile ignores it now and moves to next skill. Its my understanding this issue extends to other profiles with a chain opener as well.

same as mine, All job opener is not working so far, since they are using ISREADY and Chain parameters. the result is same whatever you change 'skill target' setting. i wish problem can be fixed in next 24 hours. thank you .

Could one of you link me a profile you are using that isn't working with openers?

Most openers just need to change to reflect the changes of isready as they have a mix of skills that require a target of a mob along with some that require a target of the player. With the recent change this no longer works and we are forced to use both isready and cd is ready instead.

I posted in that thread how to fix that issue on that exact profile. If you're able to edit the profile yourself then there is your answer.

basically anything from the pet bar wont work and pet buffs like spur/rouse/enkindle.
