[NA] FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn HotFixes (Feb. 4, 2014)
The following adjustment has been made:
The amount of time that must pass once a Duty is entered before a Vote to Abandon is possible has been increased from five minutes to fifteen minutes.
The following issues have been addressed:
An issue wherein items put up for sale in the marketplace are sometimes priced at 0 gil.
An issue wherein using the Paladin’s “Cover” ability causes unintended effects, such as abnormal amounts of damage.
Countermeasures have been emplaced for the following issue:
An issue wherein NPCs are sometimes unresponsive.

Whats the significance of that? Is it the vote to abandon or the bit about countermeasures?

a) when abandon is pushed further back, there's less time to solo.
b) when the NPC is a primal, lockup doesn't work anymore (and therefore solo)

wait you have tried to TP and make the boss freeze up this no longer works? I think NPCs refer to quest givers and vendors stuff like that.

b) It's still possible to solo primals. Please don't post misinformation.
