Done all the updates and no longer have the teleporter option in menu. I have not yet tried a fresh install as it will take hours with my internet and wanted to ask if it is an issue before I start it.

its there. answer the questions in the sticky. you probably have something wrong with the install of the bot anyways which is causing part of the lua not to be installed.
