Hi, is there any way to reach limsa lominsa or Upper La noscea without doing the starting quests? The ferry seems to be locked without those quests.
I'm interested in finishing the quest required for the Wanderer's palace.
So can I use maha's teleporter or something similar to teleport directly there?(show's only the saved coords for the zone in which you are in)

no you cannot you must do the story quest up to the point you have to take the air ship there. Then you can save the Teleporter at limsa.
