Every time I get a 90k error and attempt to relog (without restarting the client) with the bot injected, the client will crash. I've also tried exiting out of Minion and relogging, but once I reinject the bot, the client will crash.

yes its a known issues and already a few post on the subject, you have to relaunch hte client.
