    You have gatherer profiles to gather bot/min material, you have the poacher, for only a few of the drops, and more or less a vendor function. What are the chances of having an add-on utility to buy items from any NPC (Grand Company, Regular Market, ect.), farm from any node fish until the requisite amount is had, and hunt for materials from monster all under one list and addon? It gets rather tedious to go from add-on to add-on to add-on so you can get the required mats. I think this will open doors to do more

    This is something planned to happen once minion has as server for gathering information to pull from.

    While this is possible atm, it wouldn't require tedious updating and adjustments to remain accurate.
