you cant
postions suck in this game anyways well the HP/MP. the int/dex/str ones are pretty good but to long of a cd. Donations are voluntary. You are not buying by donating. If you find a mesh error, please make a proper report in Mesh thread

as mentioned, cant do this yet. I assume it will be put in eventually. Same w/ use any type of item. Its nearly a necessity and will be moreso as the game matures and they add more items.
Once questing goes in the bot will need to be able to use quest items for relevent quests as well.

you can already use food and items on a timer. But currently no one has made an addon to use potions. its not worth the time invested to make hte addon just to use potions cause potions are horrible in this game. I just vendor them all.
