That is fairly simple to do with logic. Just put scathe beneath all skills that require you to be stationary. Then scathe will only cast while you are moving.

If only it were so simple =) Tested month ago.
Skill is constantly trying to get into the rotation, there are micro expectations.
And if it happens - rotation instantly collapses.

Isn't the mass of skills what made the fps problem with that SCH profile up here?
I believe I've found another bug related to skill queuing, similar to the ground target problem reported a couple months ago.

The problem is with turning Cleric Stance off while "Queueing Allowed" is enabled. It will work properly when "Queueing Allowed" is disabled.
An example profile that cycles between Cleric Stance on and casting Stone, and Cleric Stance off and casting Cure is provided. (Aside: does anyone have a trick to get Stone to not cast immediately after Cleric Stance is disabled?)
I would imagine this happens when disabling other skills directly such as Sword Oath, Nocturnal Sect, and so on.
