hello I need some big help I acadly hit Clear Profile for My Gladiator the one I made for myself but know when I come to remake it I cont get it to use FLASH, Fight or Flight, Rampart, Convalescence, or Shield Bash(got it working in a chain but not out of chain)

plz help me out

my profile skills should look this:
Provoke - [Working]
Shield Lob - [Working]
Fight or Flight -| [Does Not Work]
Rampart | Uses after Pull ( provoke/shield Lob)
Convalescence -| [Does Not Work]
Flash - I need to use this all the time at 3sec intervales (main tank skill) [Does Not Work]
Shield Bash - Flows on form Riot Bash in chain well [Working but only in chain]
Riot Blade - Flows on form Fast Blade in chain [Working]
Fast Blade - Starts main attack+chain [Working]

ok how do i get flash to work every 3sec's and with in 5y and to be used after Provoke and shield lob??

Set flash aoe >1 5y radius seconds since last cast 3seconds

These are all conditions for the skill search through the options and fill out the fields
