The SkillManager MP conditions are for absolute MP, but are labelled in the interface as MP%.
I think people are aware of this, but I thought I'd post it in case other peeps were thinking they were going nuts with things not triggering on low MP.

gets even more confusing when using some combinations of beta-bot and beta-EA, you'll have two %MP fields :D

you should not be using EA at all with the beta...
beta-ea isnt for beta version of hte bot. its his beta changes for his add that need to be tested.
